I’m Marty Caballero, LMSW, a therapist from Spring, Texas. I focus on teens 14+, young adults, and athletes who want practical support and a space where they can be themselves.
I’m warm, curious, and direct. I take the work seriously, and I leave room for humor and a normal conversation.

Clinical background
I earned my Master of Social Work at Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work. My clinical experience includes work at Eating Recovery Center / Pathlight in eating-disorder and mood-and-anxiety treatment settings.
I provide therapy through Connections Child & Family Center and Empathy First, under clinical supervision in Texas. We work together to understand your concerns, set useful goals, and practice skills that fit your daily life.
I’m especially interested in how anxiety, identity, self-worth, and performance expectations affect the way we see ourselves. Therapy makes room for who you are beyond the things you’re expected to do.
Outside of work
I’m a third-generation Mexican American, and culture and family are part of how I understand the world. I also enjoy working out, watching sports, anime, and gaming.
That can give us a place to connect, especially if therapy has felt unfamiliar or overly formal. You don’t have to share my interests—we’ll make room for yours.
